摘　　要：介绍某大型住宅小区,对园区路灯、景观设施,以及地下车库照明、送排风机、集水坑潜水泵采用KNX/EIB智能建筑控制系统;与人工手动控制系统进行比较,节能效果明显;案例工程KNX/EIB系统投资回收期约为4年。The article describes the application of KNX /EIB intelligent building control system in a large-scale residence community on street lights,landscape facilities,underground garage lighting devices,supply and exhaust fans,and sump pits submerged pump,of which the energy-saving effect is obvious compared with the manual control system.The investment recovery period of KNX /EIB system for the project case is about 4 years.
