摘　　要：应用不定散射参数分析了隔离器,给出了利用两端口矢量网络分析仪测量这种三端口网络散射参数的一种方法。通过网络的不定散射参数与混合模式散射参数之间相互转化的关系式,在测量不定散射参数的基础上用混合模式散射参数验证了测量数据的准确性,验证结果表明,该方法与理论分析的结果具有较好的一致性。Beginning with the analysis of isolators using indefinite scattering parameters（ S-parameters）, a method of measurement for three-port networks S-parameters of substructures with two-port vector network analyzer （VNA） is presented. Basing on the results of indefinite S-parameters and the mathematical relationship of its indefinite S-parameters and mixed-mode S-parameters is applied, the mixed-mode S-parameters of three-port networks are used to verify the actual measured data. Those are in good agreement with theoretical results.
