摘  要:在研究大量锂电池动态性能的基础上,研发了纯电动汽车电池管理系统(BMS,battery management system)。该系统以PIC18F4585为核心处理器,可以实时监测母线电压、母线电流、电池单体电压、温度、漏电流等参数。利用双线性Z变换来实现二阶巴特沃斯低通滤波器的设计,消除了高频扰动,降低了系统的成本。系统在线测试和硬件在环仿真结果表明,温度控制的精度为±0.5℃,电压和电流的测量精度为0.5%。系统具有较高的可靠性和稳定性,具有良好的应用价值。A battery management system (BMS) for electric vehicle is presented, which is based on dynamic capability of Li-ion battery. The core of the system is the MCU PIC16F4585, and the generatrix voltage, genera- trix current, single battery voltage, temperature, leakage current can be measured by this system. A bilinear Z- transform is used to design a second-order Butterworth low-pass filter, which can eliminate high-frequency dis- turbance and reduce the cost of the system. System online testing and hardware-in-the-loop simulation test re- suits show that the precision of temperature control is ±0.5℃, and the precision of measurement of voltage current is O. 5%. The system is with good reliability and stability, and has a good value for practical application.
