摘 要:顶部驱动钻井装置是当今钻井装备中技术含量较高并且比较复杂的机电液一体化设备,已成为现代钻机的重要配置,是21世纪钻井三大技术装备之一。顶部驱动装置中动力水龙头是其主要组成部分,其性能好坏直接关系到顶驱系统的工作性能。针对动力水龙头的重要性,利用机械设计自动化软件Pro/E建立了某石油机械厂研制的顶驱动力水龙头立体模型,对其零部件之间进行了运动分析,采用Pro/E的Mechanical模块对增扭轴进行了有限元分析及结构优化设计,为该动力水龙头的改进和生产提供了理论依据和方法,同时也缩短了设计周期、降低了设计成本。Top drive drilling device with a high level of complexity and integration of hydraulic equipment in drilling technology in today,has become an important configuration in modern drilling rig,it is one of the three major technical equipment in the 21st century.The power swivel is the main component at the top drive drilling device,it performance will direct relationship system performance of the top drive drilling device.The importance of the power swivel,use of the mechanical design automation software Pro/E set up a three-dimensional model of power swivel,analysis their movement between the parts and components,the use of Mechanical of the Pro/E by the finite element analysis and structural optimization by twisting shaft,improve the production and provides a theoretical basis and method of the power swivel,as well as to shorten the design cycle and reduce the cost of the design.
