摘 要:为解决部队装备管理信息化建设面临的实际问题,提高车辆装备生命周期管理效能,在充分调研的基础上,对基于生命周期管理的车辆装备管理信息化系统进行了总体设计,并对系统功能、结构体系和关键技术等进行了深入分析和研究。基于C/S和B/S复合模式的结构体系,应用Delphi和JSP开发技术,成功研发了基于生命周期管理的部队车辆管理信息系统。该系统对车辆从装备、使用、故障、维修、状态变化到退役报废的整个生命周期的各个环节进行了详细的信息采集与分析,改善和提高了部队车辆在生命周期的管理效能,并对改进车辆设计和利用退役报废车辆器材提供了技术支持,有效控制和节省了经费,提高了装备管理和决策水平。In order to solve the practical problems in the army's equipment management informatization and improve vehicle equipment lifecycle management effectiveness,on the basis of the full study,the overall design of the vehicle equipment management informatization system based on life cycle management was done.And system functions,structural system and key technologies were analyzed and studied.On the basis,the army's vehicle management information system based on life cycle management was developed successfully by using Delphi and JSP development technologies based on the complex structure systems of C/S and B/S.In the system,the information of the vehicle entire life cycle in detail all aspects from the equipment,use,malfunction,maintenance,end-of-life status changes to the retirement was collected and analyzed.It improves and enhances the army's vehicle management efficiency in the vehicle life cycle,provide technical support to improve vehicle design and use the equipment of retired and end-of-life vehicles, effectively controls and saves expenses,improves equipment management and decision-making level.
