摘　　要：提出并研究了面向定制产品的零件族建模和自动装配技术。通过在零件族中对零件的装配信息进行定义和管理,并通过对其自动装配算法进行研究和设计,使其能够快速生成所需的定制产品。最后以固定管板式换热器为例,在SolidWorks环境下验证了基于零件族的自动装配算法的有效性。A automatic assembly technology and part family modelling which faced to Customized products is proposed and studied.Through carrying on the definition and the management of the part assembly information in the part family,and through conducting the research and the design to its automatic assembly algorithm,parts can fast produce the Customized products.Finally taking the fixed tube plate type heat interchanger as the example,it has confirmed the validity of automatic assembly algorithm which based on the part family under the SolidWorks environment.
