儿童高通气综合征60例病因分析诊治体会

摘　　要：目的提高医生对儿童高通气综合征的认识和诊断水平。方法分析60例儿童高通气综合征的病因和病理发病机制、诊断和治疗原则。结果我院60例儿童高通气综合征患儿,依靠比较典型的症状,有明显的病因及纸袋试验阳性,且排除其他可能的器质性疾病而确诊,治疗上主要采用心理疏导,纸袋试验和成功的缓解了患儿症状,收到很好的疗效。结论儿童高通气综合征在近年有发病增多的趋势,且不少误诊,提高对其认识和诊断水平可大大减轻患儿及家长的心理和经济负担。Objective To improve the diagnosis and treatment level of pediatric doctors at children hyperventilation syndrome.Methods Colleted and synthesized clinic data of out-patients with hyperventilation syndrome from 1th,2005 to 12th,2008,Including inducement factors,diagnosis and treatment methods and effects.Results 60 hyperventilation syndrome children were diagnosed according to typical clinical symptoms,inducement factors,positive of paper-bag test,and excluded the other organic diseases at the same time.We acquired good treatment effect by mentality leading and paper-bag test et al.Conclusion The incidence of disease of hyperventilation syndrome in children was increased year after year,and many patients were misdiagnosed.So it is necessary to improve the diagnosis and treatment level of pediatric doctors at children hyperventilation syndrome,and it can obviously alleviate the economic and mental burden in family.
