髌骨骨折张力钩固定临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察髌骨骨折以形状记忆双向张力钩（以下简称张力钩）固定的临床疗效。方法本组患者均行切开复位张力钩内固定术,术后早期功能锻炼,定期门诊随访。结果术后随防3~21个月,所有患者骨折愈合,膝关节功能满意,优良率达95.4%。结论髌骨骨折以张力钩固定,操作简便,疗效确切,是一种理想的手术治疗方案。Objective To observe the clinical effect of fixing the patella fracture with the two-way shape memory tension hook（hereinafter referred to as tension hook）.Methods The patients underwent open reduction and internal fixation with tension hooks,practiced the function of the knee joint in early days,regular out-patient follow-up.Results With a follow-up of 3 to 21 months,all fractures healed and their knee function was satisfaction,the excellent and good rate was 95.4%.Conclusion Patellar fracture is fixed with tension hooks,it is easy to operate,the curative effect is precise,it is an ideal surgical treatment.
