摘　　要：基于平衡模式的物流绩效平衡记分卡是一个以物流战略为起点,包括财务、顾客、内部流程、创新与成长和社会责任五个维度的基本结构,通过指标间的各种平衡关系以及战略指标的提取体现企业不同利益相关者的期望。通过物流绩效评价可使零售企业能够准确判断物流活动对其获取竞争优势的贡献,正确把握物流绩效改进的机会。Based on the balance pattern,logistics achievement balanced scorecard takes the physical distribution strategy as a beginning,and include basic structures,which are five finance,customer,internal flow,innovation and growth,community responsibility dimensions.It can manifest the divergent interest counterparts＇ expectation through each kind of balance relations among target as well as the strategic target＇s extraction.The logistics achievement appraisal enables the retail business to judge the competitive advantage contribution of logistics activity accurately,and correctly recognize logistics achievement improvement opportunity.
