摘　　要：有效的民主是能够实现民主本身与社会经济协调发展的民主。毛泽东有效民主思想体现在民主的价值取向、原则准绳以及治理诉求的有效上。其对当代中国民主政治建设有借鉴作用:建构有效民主,重塑以人为本的价值理念;追求有效民主,坚持民主与效率双赢的民主原则;推进有效民主,实现与民协商的模式治理。Effective democracy is able to coordinate the development of the democracy itself as well as society and economy. Mao Zedong＇s effective democratic ideology embodies itself in the following aspects：democratic value orientation; democratic principle standards; democratic governing petition. We can draw lessons from Mao Zedong＇s effective democratic ideology when doing our modern construction of democratic politics. Constructing Effective Democracy to remodel the ＇human-oriented＇ value; seeking Effective Democracy to uphold the principles of democracy and efficiency in a win-win situation; and advancing Effective Democracy to realize the governing model of equal consultation between the government and the masses.
