摘  要:为建立电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP - MS)测定汽油中V、Mn、Fe、Co、Ni、Cu、As、Pb等微量元素的分析方法,样品用HNO3微波消解后,试液直接用ICP - MS法测定,详细讨论了仪器工作参数、样品基体的干扰,以Sc、Re作为内标物质,补偿了基体效应,选择适当的待测元素同位素克服了质谱干扰,确定了实验的最佳测定条件.结果表明,8种微量金属元素的检出限在0.001~0.015 μg/L之间;线性关系良好,线性相关系数r≥0.999 9;精密度良好,RSD〈2.78%;回收率在94.0%~106.0%之间;该法准确、快速、简便,应用于汽油中微量元素的测定,结果满意.To establish the method for determination in gasoline by ICP - MS, the sample was dissolved of V, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu, As and Pb elements by microwave digestion in HNO3, the solution was analyzed by ICP - MS. The instrument parameters and interference of matrix have been discussed in detail. Selecting Sc and Re as internal standard elements for the method by which the analyze signal drift is corrected by the signal of another element added to both the standard solution and sample. The influence of mass spectrometry interference has been corrected by selecting different isotope. The optimum conditions for the determination is tested and discussed. The detection limits range from 0. 001 μg/L to 0. 015 μg/L depending on the elements, linear correlation r t〉 0. 999 9. The recoveries of samples were of the range 94. 0% - 106. 0% and precision was fine RSD 〈 2. 78%. This method is accurate, quick - acquired and convenient. It is used in the determination of trace elements in gasoline with the result is satisfactory.
