摘　　要：利用北方工业大学研制的双轴变截面辊弯成型机进行试验,成型出了变截面U型样件.通过试验,解决了变截面成型的关键问题:成型弯曲角度分配,变截面板材参数选择,板材对中,板材测速等.分析了变截面样件缺陷产生的机理,为进一步的深入研究奠定了基础.Experimenting with the two-axis flexible roll forming machine invented by the Roll Forming Research Team of NCUT,U channels with variable cross sections are formed.Some critical issues of the formation of variable cross sections are solved in the experiment such as the distribution of bending angle,the selection of the parameters of pre-cut sheets,the center line overlapping of the pre-cut sheet and the machine,and the testing of the sheet＇s feeding velocity.The mechanism causing the defect appearing on the U channels is also analyzed briefly,which serves as a foundation for future research.
