摘  要:用不同剂量60Co-γ射线辐照处理3种不同胞质籼稻陈种子,结果表明:供试辐照剂量对水稻陈种子产生了刺激作用,随着处理剂量的加大,供试陈种子的发芽势、发芽率和发芽指数呈先升高,后又逐渐下降的趋势;其中发芽势和发芽指数在200 Gy时达到最大值,而发芽率则在100 Gy时为最大值;冈优725辐照处理发芽指标变动趋势与处理变动总趋势一致,而Ⅱ优718和辐优838辐照处理发芽指标变动趋势与总趋势有异;试验的发芽曲线显示,剂量达400 Gy时辐照处理对种子萌芽有明显抑制作用。Three types of old hsien rice seed were irradiated by different light intensity of 60Coγ ray.The trial results showed that 60Co-γ ray irradiation had some effect to the vigour of old rice seed.The germination vigour,rate and index of the testing old rice seed increased firstly and decreased gradually with the intensity of the 60Co-γ ray increasing.The germinating vigour and index of the old rice seed reached the max.value when ray intensity was 200 Gy,and the germinating rate reached the max value when ray intensity was 100 Gy.The material Gangyou 725 was accordance with the normal trends,but IIyou718 and Fuyou838 was not according to the normal trends.The germination curve showed that old rice seed germination was obviously inhibited when ray intensity was 400 Gy.
