摘  要:以玉米骨干自交系和优质地方种质材料为基础,通过筛选鉴定、杂交、辐射处理和定向培育,选育出综合性状好、配合力高的高淀粉玉米自交系华自109,再与西南地区广泛使用的骨干玉米自交系18-599杂交,组配出产量高、抗性好、品质优的高淀粉玉米杂交种华试99。华试99属中熟杂交组合,在四川省区试中平均产量7870.5 kg/hm2,比对照川单13增产9.1%;在重庆市区试中平均产量8049 kg/hm2,比对照农大108增产14.95%;籽粒粗淀粉含量达76.8%,超过国家高淀粉玉米一级标准。该品种于2007年分别通过四川省和重庆市农作物品种审定委员会审定,适宜平坝、丘陵区种植,既可作为优质高淀粉工业原料,也可作为优质饲料和食品加工原料。High starch hybrid corn variety Huashi 99 with good yield potential,high resistance and good quality was bred by high starch inbred-line 'Huazi 109' and backbone inbred-line '18-599' which is widely used in the southwest region of China.By using backbone inbred-line and high-quality local germplasm,Huazi 109 with excellent general characters and high combining ability was bred through,screening,identification,hybridization,radiation,and directive selection.Huashi 99 was a mid-late-maturing variety.Results of regional test showed that its average yield(7850 kg/hm2) was 9.1 % higher than that of Chuandan 13(CK) in Sichuan,and its average yield(8049 kg/hm2) was 14.95 % higher than that of Nongda 108 in Chongqing.Its starch content was 76.8 %,which was higher than the standard of national first-class corn,and was approved and released by Sichuan and Chongqing Provincial Committee of Crop Variety Identification in 2007.Huashi 99 was adaptable for planting in plain and hilly areas,and could be used as raw materiels to produce high-quality starch,high-quality feed and food.
