摘  要:稻褐飞虱是危害水稻的主要虫害之一,近年来在我国南方稻作区大发生,对我国的粮食安全构成了严重威胁。选育和利用抗虫品种是控制稻褐飞虱为害的最经济、有效的方法之一。对来源于普通野生稻的5个抗稻褐飞虱(BPH)基因进行了分子标记开发,通过杂交、回交和分子标记辅助选择转育和聚合BPH抗性基因到杂交水稻亲本中,获得了与抗BPH基因bph25(t),bph26(t),bph22(t),bph23(t),Bph24(t)紧密或较紧密连锁的SSR分子标记,这些标记的选择正确率达到60%~90%。成功地转育和聚合3~5个BPH抗性基因到5个杂交水稻亲本获得抗性基因聚合系。对其中9个抗性基因聚合系进行遗传背景分析和性状调查表明,遗传背景回复率已达90%以上,苗期和成株期(即全生育期)表现对BPH高抗性,主要经济性状与受体亲本(轮回亲本)基本没有差异。这些抗性基因聚合系在抗BPH水稻品种培育中具有重要的利用价值。研究结果为最终培育出一系列对BPH具有高抗性和持久抗性的水稻品种提供了物质基础和技术支持。The brown planthopper (BPH) is one of the most serious insect pests in rice. It has been widely prevalent in the paddy fields of South China in recent years and severely threatened to the food safety in the country. Breeding and use of resistant varieties are considered as one of the most economical and ei^eient measure to control the BPH. In the present study molecular markers for 5 BPH resistance genes derived from Oryza rufipogon Griff. have been exploited and the resistance genes have been transferred and pyramided into parental lines of rice hybrids through erosses, baekeross and marker-assisted selection (MAS). SSR markers closely linked to BPH resistance genes bph.25 (t), bph26 (t) , bph22 (t) , bph:23 (t) and Bph24 (t) , were achieved with as high as 60 % -90 % of correct selection rate to the genes with relevant molecular markers, and BPH resistance gene-aeeumulated breeding lines which were bred by successful transfefing and pyramiding 3 to 5 BPH resistance genes into 5 parental lines of rice hybrids. Among the resistance gene accumulated lines, 9 was analyzed for genetic back- grounds and evaluated for BPH resistance and main economic character performances. It appeared that genetic backgrounds recovery in the resistance gene accumulated lines were more than 90 % of the recurrent parents, the BPH resistance in seedling and adult stages (ie. , whole-growth duration) was high and superior to the resistant control variety, Rathu Heenati, and the main economic characters were almost no different with the receptors ( recurrent parents). Thus, these resistance gene accumulated lines were approved great useful values inbreeding BPH resistance rice varieties. It set solid substance base and supplied technical support for ultimately breeding out a number of varieties with high and durable resistance to the BPH.
