摘  要:2007~2009年,对四川省小麦育种材料、部分生产品种和近等基因系材料进行抗条锈病鉴定。育种材料中,对条锈病高抗、中抗、中感和高感的分别占42.79%、24.35%、19.00%和13.86%;生产品种中,川麦22、28、37、41、48、川农10、12、16、川育5、8、12、16、17、18、绵阳15、26等都已经中感至高感条锈病;近等基因系中,Yr5、Yr10、Yr15、Tatara、Yr26、Seri、Opata、SuperKauz等仍中抗至高抗条锈病,可继续利用。分析认为,感病品种的大量存在,是促使条锈菌变异的重要因素,条中33号等强毒菌系上升为优势小种,是造成一部分品种"丧失"抗性的主要原因。In 2007-2009,the resistance identification to stripe rust of wheat breeding materials,the part of production varieties and near-isogenic lines was carried out in Sichuan Province.Breeding materials with high resistance to stripe rust,moderate resistance,medium and high susceptibility accounted for 42.79 %,24.35 %,19 % and 13.86 %,respectively;the varieties in production as Chuanmai 22,28,37,41,48,Chuannong 10,12,16,Chuanyu 5,8,12,16,17,18,Mianyang 15,26 and so on had medium and high susceptibility to stripe rust;and in the near-isogenic lines,Yr5,Yr10,Yr15,Tatara,Yr26,Seri,Opata,Super Kauz and so on still had moderate and high resistance to stripe rust,which could be continually used.The results showed that the existence of a large number of varieties with susceptiblility was an important factor promoting the variation of stripe rust,and the main reason that the partial varieties lost resistance was that the strong virulent races such as race 33 became the predominant races.
