摘　　要：在创新全球化的历史变革背景下,技术创新主体多元化和创新组织网络化的趋势日益突现。在分析技术创新价值、特性及技术创新组合的基础上,提出了技术创新主体多元论。技术创新的主体是多元化的,大学、科研机构、企业、政府、民间协会等都是技术创新的主体,在国家技术创新系统中,多元化的创新主体各自承担着特有的创新功能,都具有不可替代的作用。The management of the science-technology value chain innovation on the basis of the multiplity of the innovator was the foundation of the conclusion of this thesis.Basing on analyzing the value,characteristics and combinations of technology innovation,we noted the multiplity of major innovative organizations of technology innovation.Universities,research institutes,enterprises,government and civic associations etc.made different choices between different combinations of technological innovation,and performed their feature and irreplaceable responsibilities in a nation＇s Technological Innovation System.
