摘  要:柑橘类植物的染色体较小,而且形态特征标记较少,不同种属间差异不明显,因此研究资料缺乏。但是近年来,由于分子细胞生物学研究方法的进步,柑橘植物染色体的研究获得了重要的进展。本文评述了柑橘植物染色体的核型、CMA/DAPI带型分析、rDNA位点、DNA特异片段克隆的原位杂交等新技术研究进展,并据此讨论了我国贡柑育种的基础问题。Citrus is one of the most widespread fruit crops globally with great economic and health value.It is one among the most difficult plants to study the chromosomes due to small volume and absence of discernible markers through traditional approaches.Recently the methods for molecular cytogenetics were developed and a lot of research were made in the small chromosomes identification.The progress of chromosome analysis in Citrus and its relationship to breeding for C.reticulate Blanco Gonggan were discussed in this paper.
