摘 要:基于压电原理和热力学平衡方程,建立了双晶压电悬臂梁的数学模型,并运用有限元分析软件ANSYS对双晶压电悬臂梁的结构进行了模态分析和谐响应分析,对梁的各个尺寸参数以及激励方式对输出电压的影响进行了静力分析,分析结果与数学模型的预测是一致的。研究表明:在梁的固有频率附近输出电压最大。在固定的激励条件下为提高双晶压电悬臂梁的放电能力,应该在保证可靠度和固有频率的前提下,尽量增加梁的长度、减小梁的宽度,并选取合适的金属板与压电陶瓷的厚度。Based on the theory of piezoelectricity and thermodynamic equilibrium, mathematic model was established. By using the finite element software of ANSYS,model and harmonic results of the structural size of bimorph cantilever are analyzed,and the influence of structural size and the exciting method of bimorph cantilever on static output voltage are analyzed. All these results obtained from FEA are in good agreement with those were calculated by mathematic model. The research results indicate that bimorph cantilever generators obtain maximal electrical voltage around inherent frequency. In the fixed incentive condition,increase the length of cantilever beam and minimize the width of cantilever beam,select the suitable thickness of PZT layer and metal layer with the prerequisite for satisfying structure reliability and inherent frequency in order to generate more electrical energy.
