摘 要:随着新一代GPS以及制造业信息化、数字化的发展,实现产品结构形状与精度特征设计的数字化统一,进而实现CAD/CAPP/CAM的集成显得越来越必要。尺寸精度及配合的设计是机械设计与制造中非常重要的环节之一,设计合理与否对产品的使用性能和制造成本都有着重要的影响。如果能在SolidWorks中实现精度信息的设计及标注,对于工程实践及后续研究将具有重要意义。基于新一代GPS理论,利用VB6.0开发工具,对SolidWorks进行二次开发,制作相关插件并与SolidWorks无缝集成,进而实现了尺寸精度及配合的自动设计及标注。With the development of new generation GPS and machinery manufacturing,to achieve the digital unity of product structure shape and precision feature design and then to realize the integrate of CAD/CAPP/CAM become more and more necessary. Design of dimensional precision and fit is a very important part in the mechanic design and manufacturing, it has a significant influence on the product service performance and manufacture costs. If we can achieve the goal of dimensional tolerance design and marking in Solidworks,then it will be of great significance for engineering practice and following study. It is based on new generation GPS,using Visual Basic 6.0 as a development tool,making secondary development to Solidworks. By making plug-in and sealing it into SolidWorks ,we can achieve the goal to design and mark dimensional precision and fit automatically.
