摘 要:以安装两片硬质合金刀片的可转位浅孔钻为例,在采用有限元方法建立浅孔钻"非稳态"加工时的力学模型的基础上,利用优化后的几何参数用数值仿真技术对各阶段的应力应变进行了研究,得出了最大应变发生的加工阶段、最大应力发生的刀具部位,还得出了加工孔的理论扩大量,为浅孔钻结构设计和使用提供了理论依据。A drill with two pieces of indexable inserts was used to study the non-steady drilling process based on the cutting forces model developed with FEM approach. The drill geometric parameters were optimized in order to reduce the radial cutting force during drilling. Numerical simulation was applied to the investigation of the stress and strain generated in each drilling phase ,and the drilling stage for the occurring of maximum strain was obtained and the location of maximum stress on the drill was determined. The theoretical expanding amount of the hole drilled in diameter was given as well. The study supplies theoretical evidence for the structure design and usage of the drill with indexable inserts.
