摘　　要：目的:探讨封闭式负压引流在治疗皮肤软组织感染性缺损中的护理方法。方法:观察总结采用VSD治疗皮肤软组织感染性缺损49例患者的护理。结果:49例患者感染均得到控制,肉芽生长良好,创面愈合好。结论:细致的观察和全方位的护理,为VSD技术的成功治疗提供了重要保障。Objective：To investigate the nursing method of closed negative pressure drainage in skin soft tissue infected lesions.Method：Observe and summarize the results of 49 cases of using VSD in the management of skin soft tissue infected lesions.Result：All 49 cases achieved control of infection with good granulation tissue formation and good wound healing.Conclusion：Careful observation and all rounded nursing care provided important protection in the successful utilization of VSD techniques.
