摘  要:[目的]探索桫椤与荷叶铁线蕨的孢子繁殖技术,以便对该物种进行更好地保护和开发利用。[方法]野外采集桫椤与荷叶铁线蕨孢子,经过消毒处理后,分别播种于未经消毒和经过消毒处理的3种培养土上。在保证水分条件的情况下,分别在自然环境和无菌的人工环境条件下进行分组繁殖试验。[结果]2种植物对培养土和培养条件的要求比较一致,培养土以原生境土为最好,培养条件以人工无菌环境的白天光照和自然变温为最好。[结论]在保证水分条件的情况下,桫椤与荷叶铁线蕨孢子的人工繁殖是可以获得成功的。[Objective] The research aimed to explore the spore breeding technique of Alsophila spinulosa and Adiantum reniforme var.sinense,so as to have a better protection and exploitation of the species.[Method] The spores of Alsophila spinulosa and Adiantum reniforme var.sinense were collected from the fields.After having been disinfected,the spores were planted in three kinds of cultivating soil which had been disinfected or not.Under the condition that there was enough water,grouping propagating experiments were conducted under the natural environment or germfree man-controlled condition.[Result] The cultivating soil and condition for the two plants were just the same.The original surrounding soil was the best cultivating soil.The day light and natural changing temperature under man-controlled germfree environment was the best for the cultivation.[Conclusion] Under the condition that there was enough water,the man-controlled spore breeding of Alsophila spinulosa and Adiantum reniforme var.sinense could be conducted successfully.
