摘 要:[目的]研究微波萃取法提取紫果西番莲黄酮类物质的最佳工艺。[方法]采用正交试验法,以黄酮得率为评价指标考察了溶剂浓度(A)、料液比(B)、总萃取时间(C)、微波功率(D)4个因素对萃取效果的影响。[结果]溶剂浓度、微波功率对黄酮得率有显著影响,确定优选提取工艺条件为:乙醇体积分数60%,料液比1∶30,总萃取时间9min,微波功率为350W。在此条件下,黄酮得率达3.46%。[结论]与传统溶剂萃取法相比,微波萃取法具有时间短,得率高等特点。[Objective]The study aimed to research the best extraction process of flavonoids from Passiflora edulis.[Method] The effect of ethanol concentration(A),ratio of raw material to solvent(B),microwave extraction time(C)and microwave power(D)on flavonoids yield were investigated by orthogonal design.[Result]The results showed that the ethanol concentration and microwave power had a significant impact on the flavonoids yield.The optimal conditions were the ethanol concentration 60%,ratio of raw material to solvent 1:30,microwave extraction time 9 min,microwave power 350 W and the extaction yield of flavonoids from Passiflora edulis was 3.46%.[Conclusion] The microwave extracting method of flavonoids from Passiflora edulis had shorter time and higher flavonoids yield advantages by comparing routine exraction method.
