摘　　要：探讨了地表水—地下水联合水功能区划的原则与总体思路、水功能区划分体系与分级分类系统、水功能区划分程序与方法。指出地表水与地下水的联合水功能区划对地表水与地下水的统筹规划、合理开发与整体保护均具有十分重要的意义。The principles and whole thought,dividing system and ranking and classification system,dividing programme and method in water functional regionalization for combination of surface water and groundwater were discussed.It was pointed out that the water functional regionalization for combination of surface water and groundwater had very important meaning for their overall planning,reasonable exploitation and whole protection.
