摘  要:[目的]筛选对菜地青菜斑枯病原菌具有拮抗作用的细菌。[方法]从各地的土壤中分离到200多株产芽孢细菌,对其进行初筛、复筛,再对抑菌活性较高的产芽孢细菌进行菌体形态、菌落特征的观察及一系列生理生化试验和16SrDNA序列测定。[结果]复筛结果表明,菌株ZG-10、ZG-19、ZG-59、ZG-72、ZG-31有显著的抑菌活性,对青菜斑枯病生物防治具有很大的研究价值和应用前景;菌株ZG-10经种属鉴定为枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillussubtilis)。[结论]ZG-10菌株具备生物防治潜力和良好的发展前景。该研究为后续研究奠定了一定的基础,也为拮抗菌株与蛋白多肽在农业上的应用开辟了道路。[Objective]The purpose was to screen bacterium with antagonistic action against pathogen of spot blotch disease in pakchoi in vegetable field.[Method]More than 200 strains of spore-producing bacteria were isolated from soil of every place.The spore-producing bacteria with higher bacteriostasis activity were selected through primary screening and secondary screening and then their thallus shapes and colony characters were observed and a series of physiological and biochemical tests and sequence determination on 16SrDNA were performed on them.[Result] The results from secondary screening indicated that the strains ZG-10,ZG-19,ZG-59,ZG-72 and ZG-31 had significant bacteriostasis activity and they had very high research value and good application prospect for biocontrol on spot blotch disease in pakchoi;the strain ZG-10 was identified to be Bacillus subtilis in genus identification.[Conclusion]The strain ZG-10 had biocontrol potential and good development prospect.This research laid some basis for subsequent research and opened a way for the application of antagonistic strain and proteinum polypeptide in agriculture.
