摘 要:[目的]马铃薯淀粉废水属高浓度有机物污染废水,研究淀粉废水的高级氧化处理方法可为此类废水的污染控制提供参考。[方法]试验采用三维电极/Fenton试剂-砂滤法进一步处理经絮凝和混凝处理后的马铃薯淀粉废水。[结果]采用石墨板作为阴极,2块不锈钢极板作为2个阳极,极板间添加5mm的柱状活性炭,在pH值为2.0、电压为20.0V和极板间距为7.0cm的条件下,电解180min,初始COD值为1548.0mg/L的废水处理后COD值可降至572.0mg/L,该三维电极/Fenton试剂法不需通入压缩空气,电解处理液经砂滤法处理后COD值可进一步降至181.0mg/L。[结论]三维电极/Fenton试剂-砂滤处理方法为马铃薯淀粉废水的后续净化处理提供了一种新途径。[Objective] The reference for the control of pollution of the wastewater from potato starch-processing,which was the pollutant with high concentration of organic mater,was provided through the research on its Oxidation method.[Method] The wastewater was further treated with the method of three-dimensional electrode/Fenton's reagent-sand filtration after its sedimentation,flocculation and coagulation.[Results] The experimental results showed that the initial COD of the wastewater of 1 548.0 mg/L can be reduced to 572.0 mg/L under the condition of three-dimensional electrode reactor that was a graphite plate as a cathode,two stainless steel plates as anodes,5mm bar activated carbons between main electrodes as particle electrodes and plate spacing of 7.0 cm,pH of 2.0 and voltage of 20.0 V for 180 minutes.This three-dimensional electrode reactor added Fenton's reagent worked without compressed air.The COD could be reduced to 181.0 mg/L after the obtained solution was further filtrated with sand.[Conclusion] This coupled method may be the potential approach of the subsequent treatment of the wastewater from potato starch-processing.
