摘 要:[目的]研究了高负荷生物吸附再生(HABR)工艺处理城市污水的技术经济特性,并验证该工艺处理城市污水用于农田灌溉的可行性。[方法]通过生产性试验研究,对污染物的去除效果、工艺参数、动力学参数等方面进行考察。[结果]高负荷生物吸附再生工艺能有效去除城市污水中较多的污染物;对有机物的去除以絮凝、吸附、沉淀作用为主,对COD、BOD5、SS、硫化物等有较高的去除效果;对氮、磷、阴离子洗涤剂等都有一定的去除作用。对于一般的城市污水处理,出水水质可满足《农田灌溉水质标准》的要求。[结论]采用高负荷生物吸附再生工艺处理城市污水可满足农田灌溉水质要求,是实现污水资源化利用的切实可行方法。[Objective] The feasibility of high-loading adsorption biodegradation regeneration(HABR)technology applied in the treatment of the municipal wastewater for the agriculture irrigation was verified through the research on the technical and economic character of the processing technology.[Method] The removal effect of pollutant,the technical index,the dynamics index and others of the processing technology were tested in its productive experiment.[Results] The many more pollutants in the municipal wastewater could be effectively removed with the processing technology.The organic matter was mainly removed through the flocculation,adsorption and precipitation.The removal efficiency of the processing technology on COD,BOD5,SS,sulfideand others was high and there was the removal efficiency of the processing technology on the nitrogen,phosphorus,anionic detergent and others.The quality of the water,after the general municipal wastewater was treated,could meet the demand of 《The Standard of Irrigation Water Quality for Farmland》.[Conclusion] The quality of the water,which was from the treated municipal wastewater with the technology of high-loading adsorption biodegradation regeneration(HABR),could meet the demand of irrigation,which was the feasible method of the realization of sewage recycle utilization.
