摘　　要：大部分卷烟厂在技改前,ZF12B都是采用老式带结构,大流量大都采用垂直提升,提升段的下部可以作为人和物料的通道,节约了空间。但同时烟支在垂直提升段中会受到挤压而影响烟支质量。而一般技改后的烟厂厂房宽大,同时采用了小车送料,改为倾斜提升后,烟支质量得到改善,同时烟厂的机器布局更加美观和实用。Before technological transformation,in most of the cigarette factory ZF12B are the old-fashioned with structure,due to space constraints,mostly used vertical lifting of large flow for ZF12B layout.People and material could pass through the lower section of lifting segment,which saved space.While the cigarette quality will be impacted by the crushing of the cigarette in the vertical lifting section.The tobacco factory,in general,after technological transformation,had wide factory buildings and trolley feed.After rebuilding of inclined lifting.the promotion of quality tobacco will be improved and the cigarette factory machines more beautiful and practical.
