摘  要:梳形共聚物超塑化剂的效率和效能在很大程度上取决于侧链长度。然而,已有研究主要集中在共聚物侧链长度对吸附和分散的影响。事实上侧链长度对水泥悬浮体早期性能,尤其是水泥早期水化有相当大的影响。用总有机碳分析仪、热分析仪、微量热仪和环境扫描电镜研究了共聚物侧链长度对水泥浆体吸附和早期水化行为的影响规律。结果表明:长侧链梳形共聚物不但加速了水泥早期水化速率,而且改变了水化产物的晶体形貌。The efficiency of a comb-like copolymer superplasticizers can be determined in a great extent based on the side chain length.Recent work has paid more attentions on the effect of the side chain length on the adsorption and dispersion behavior.The side chain length can affect the early behavior,especially early hydration of cement suspensions.In this work,the adsorption characteristics and hydration behavior of concentrated cement suspensions were investigated by means of a total organic carbon analyzer,differential scanning calorimetry-Thermogravimeter and calorimetric device and environmental scanning electron microscope.The results show that the comb-like copolymer with a long side chain can accelerate the hydration rate,and change its crystalline morphology of hydrated products.
