摘 要:利用高温高压腐蚀仪和测量显微镜对CO2腐蚀油井水泥石的腐蚀深度进行了检测,分析了温度,CO2分压,腐蚀时间及水泥浆组成对腐蚀深度的影响,提出了水泥石腐蚀深度的预测模型。结果表明:腐蚀深度作为评价腐蚀程度的几何指标可用于综合评价水泥石的腐蚀程度。特定腐蚀条件下水泥浆组成不同水泥石腐蚀深度不同,可采用线性,平方根,对数函数近似描述腐蚀深度随温度、CO2分压及腐蚀时间的增加而增加的变化关系。以各体系实验数据为基础,采用数值回归分析方法建立了腐蚀深度预测模型,其计算结果与实测值吻合较好,可用于评价和预测处于井下长期腐蚀环境中水泥石的受腐蚀状况及程度。The corrosive depth of oilwell cement stone by carbon dioxide(CO2) was examined by high-temperature and high-pressure corrosion curing cauldron and microscope.The corrosive depth causing by temperature,CO2 differential pressure,corrosion time and composition of cement slurries was analyzed.The prediction model of corrosive depth was proposed.The results show that the corrosive depth as a geometrical target of the corrosive degree can be used as the composite target for evaluating the corrosion degree of cement stone.For different compositions of cement slurries,the values of corrosive depth are different under the certain corrosive conditions.The varying relations among corrosive depth and temperature,CO2 differential pressure and corrosion time could be described as the functions of linear,extract the square root and logarithm,respectively.Based on the measured data for each cement slurry system,the prediction model for corrosive depth could be established by using numerical value regression analysis method.The predicted results of corrosive depth by the model are in a good agreement with the measured data from the experiments.The prediction model established could be used to predict the corrosive state and degree of oilwell cement sheath,which are in the down hole corrosive environment during a long period.
