摘 要:利用气–固反应中的Luss界面反应扩散控制模型模拟研究了2CaO–SiO2固相反应自放热引起的温升,探讨了提高放热效应热价值的最佳工艺条件。研究表明:在同等条件下换热热阻对固相反应热引起的温升影响最大,窑中不同换热条件下固相反应温升相差10倍以上,生料粒度对固相反应温升影响较小,粒径为80μm和10μm的颗粒温升差别仅为4倍。Temperature rising induced by the self-exothermic 2CaO-SiO2 solid-state reaction was investigated simulately by diffusion con-trolled model of the Luss's interface reaction in a gas-solid reaction.The optimal processing condition for increasing the thermal value of the exothermic effects was discussed.The heat transfer resistance exerts largest influence on the temperature rise for those induced by the solid reaction under the same condition.The temperature rise of solid reaction at different heat transfer condition differs more than ten times under different heat transfer condition in kiln.Comparing to the heat transfer resistance,the particle size of the raw powders has a small effect on the temperature rise of the solid reaction with only four times difference for the particle size of 80 μm and 10 μm.
