摘 要:利用高温熔体冷却法制备了Bi2O3-SiO2(BS)系统玻璃,通过差热分析和X射线衍射,并借助Kissinger方程和Augis-Bennett方程,研究了BS系统玻璃的非等温析晶动力学和玻璃相转变动力学行为。结果表明:在热处理过程中,BS系统基础玻璃依次产生了3种主晶相:Bi12SiO20,Bi2SiO5和Bi4Si3O12;对应的活化能Ep1=150.6kJ/mol,Ep2=474.9kJ/mol,Ep3=340.3kJ/mol;平均析晶指数m1=2.5,m2=2.1,m3=2.2,所产生晶相均为体积成核,一维空间生长;系统中产生的亚稳定相Bi2SiO5易于向稳定的Bi4Si3O12相转变,通过Kissinger方程计算出该相转变的活化能Eg为90.5kJ/mol。The Bi2O3-SiO2(BS) glasses were prepared via cooling the high temperature melt.The non-isothermal crystallization kinetics and the phase transformation kinetics of the BS glasses were analyzed by the Kissinger equation and the equation of Augis-Bennett by differential scanning calorimetry and X-ray diffraction.The results show that three main crystal phases of Bi12SiO20,Bi2SiO5 and Bi4Si3O12 are generated sequentially in the heat treatment process.The corresponding activation energy is Ep1 = 150.6 kJ/mol,Ep2 = 474.9 kJ/mol and Ep3 = 340.3 kJ/mol.The average crystallization index is m1 = 2.5,m2 = 2.1 and m3 = 2.2.The crystal phases generated by volume nucleation are grown in the one-dimensional pattern.The activation energy of phase transition of the BS glasses(Eg = 90.5 kJ/mol) was calculated by the Kissinger equation.The meta-stable phase of Bi2SiO5 can be transited into the stable phase of Bi4Si3O12.
