摘 要:目的建立中国正常成人小脑体积的95%可信区间,为建立中国成人数字标准脑提供基础性数据。方法 500名中国健康成年志愿者,按年龄18~30岁(第1组)、31~40岁(第2组)、41~50岁(第3组)、51~60岁(第4组)、61~69岁(第5组)分为5组,每组男女各50名,接受大脑T1加权三维磁化强度预备梯度回波序列扫描。应用三维体积分析软件测量小脑的体积,并对不同性别、不同年龄组的小脑体积分别进行统计学分析。结果成年男女的小脑总体积的95%可信区间分别为176770.0~270444.9mm3、163460.4~245932.0mm3(P<0.05);成年男性第5组小脑体积与前3组差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.01);成年女性第5组小脑体积与前4组差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05);成年男女小脑体积与年龄均呈负相关(r=-0.443、-0.318,P均<0.001)。结论基于高分辨力MR图像和三维体积分析软件可准确测量小脑体积,为中国成人数字标准脑提供基础性数据,为可能引起小脑体积改变的相关疾病诊断提供正常对照标准。Objective To establish the range of normal values and 95% confidence interval of cerebellum volume in normal Chinese adults, in order to provide basal data for the construction of digital standardization brain of Chinese adults. Methods Totally 500 Chinese healthy volunteers were included and divided into 5 groups according to age: Group Ⅰ (18—30 years), group Ⅱ (31—40 years), group Ⅲ (41—50 years), group Ⅳ (51—60 years) and group Ⅴ (61—69 years). Each group consisted of 100 subjects (50 females and 50 males). Brain scans were performed in all subjects with T1 weighted three-dimensional magnetization prepared rapid acquisition gradient echo sequence. Cerebellum volume was measured with 3D volume analysis software and was compared between different sexes and among groups statistically. Results The 95% confidence interval of cerebellum bulk volumes was 176 770.0—270 444.9 mm3 in male and 163 460.4—245 932.0 mm3 in female. There was statistical difference of cerebellum volume between male and female subjects (P0.05). Statistical difference of cerebellum volume was found among group Ⅴ and group Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ in male, as well as group Ⅴ and other groups in female (all P0.05). Cerebellum volume of both male and female had negative linear correlation with age (r=-0.443, -0.318, both P0.001). Conclusion Cerebellum volume can be measured exactly with the high-resolution MRI and 3D volume analysis software, which can provide basal data for digital standardization brain of Chinese adults and may offer normal controls for the diagnosis of correlative disease.
