针刺委中穴对排尿功能影响的超声观察

摘　　要：目的利用多普勒超声评价针刺委中穴对排尿功能的影响。方法对90名健康志愿者行彩色多普勒超声检查,观察针刺前及针刺后输尿管膀胱开口处喷尿频率及膀胱容积的变化情况;同时运用高频超声观察针刺得气时针尖所达的局部肌、筋膜结构。结果运用彩色多普勒超声可直观显示针刺委中穴后输尿管膀胱开口处喷尿频率明显加快、膀胱容积增加,且高频超声能清晰显示得气时针尖所达局部肌、筋膜结构。结论彩色多普勒高频超声可直观、准确、定量评价针刺委中穴对输尿管收缩的影响,并对针刺起效深度进行量化观察,对临床治疗具有重要指导意义。Objective To investigate the regulation effect of acupuncting ＂Weizhong＂ point on ureteral peristalsis function with high-frequency color Doppler ultrasound. Methods Ninety healthy volunteers received color Doppler ultrasonography. The frequency of urinary jets and bladder volume were observed before and after acupuncture, the local structure under the tip of the needle when the ＂Qi＂ was obtaining was also observed. Results The frequency of urinary jets and the bladder volume greatly increased after acupuncture, and the local structures under the tip of the needle were also clearly showed with the color Doppler ultrasound. Conclusion The effect of acupuncting ＂Weizhong＂ point on the ureteral contraction function can be evaluated with high-frequency color Doppler ultrasound intuitively, accurately and quantitatively, which can quantify the depth of acupuncture, and has great clinical value on guiding the treatment of diseasea.
