置入倒Y形气道内支架治疗复发性多软骨炎气管软化

摘　　要：目的探讨置入倒Y形气道内支架治疗复发性多软骨炎(RP)气管软化的临床价值。方法对5例经病理证实的RP累及气管、支气管致重度气管软化的患者行倒Y形气道内支架置入术,1例支架置于气管全段及左主支气管,1例支架置于气管全段及右主支气管,3例支架置于气管下段及左主支气管。结果对5例患者均顺利置入支架。支架置入后患者缺氧症状得到缓解,呼吸困难明显改善,术后未出现并发症。结论置入倒Y形气道内支架是治疗RP气管软化的有效方法,可明显缓解症状,提高患者生活质量。Objective To investigate the clinical value of inverted Y-shaped metal stent implantation in treatment of relapsing polychondritis（RP）with tracheobronchial malacia.Methods Implantation of inverted Y-shaped metal stent was performed in 5 patients with pathologically confirmed severe tracheobronchial malacia caused by RP.The stent was implanted in total tracheal and the left laterobronchus of 1 patient,in total tracheal and right laterobronchus of 1 patient and in inferior segment of tracheal and left laterobronchus of 3 patients.Results All the stents were implanted successfully.After the implantation,the hypoxia and dyspnea relieved obviously.None of the postoperative complications was found in all 5 patients.Conclusion Implantation of inverted Y-shaped metal stent is an effective method for RP patients with severe tracheobronchial malacia,which can well relieve the symptoms and improve the quality of life.
