摘　　要：目的介绍联合应用局部皮瓣在眼睑缺损修复中的临床经验。方法自1994年以来，对各种原因造成的复杂性眼睑及周围组织缺损的46例患者，联合应用多个或多种局部皮瓣，按眼睑亚单位修复眼睑及周围组织的缺损。结果术后早期，皮瓣可出现轻度静脉回流障碍，多于2—3d恢复。本组所有皮瓣全部成活，切口均I期愈合。41例患者随访3个月至5年，患者对修复后的眼睑形态及功能感到满意。结论联合应用局部皮瓣是修复复杂性眼睑缺损的一种安全、可靠的方法。Objective To introduce the experiences of reconstruction of eyelid coloboma with combined local flaps. Methods From 1994, the complex eyelid coloboma and perieyelid coloboma caused by various kinds of reasons were reconstructed with the combined local skin flaps according to subunits of eyelid in 46 patients （20 male,26 female）. Results Slight venous congestion may be encountered in the early stage after operation, which was recovered at 2 ~ 3 days postoperatively. All flaps healed primarily. About 41 of 46 patients were satisfied with the repaired eyelid shapes and functions after 3 months to 5 years follow-up. Conclusion It is a safe and reliable method for complex eyelid coloboma reconstruction by using combined local skin flaps.
