左旋18-甲基炔诺酮事后药对脂代谢的影响

摘　　要：本文报告10名健康,生育期妇女,口服左旋18甲基炔诺酮作为事后药,每个月经周期用药0.75mg×5次。于用药前,用药一与三周期后及停药后一周期,分别测定空腹血清甘油三脂(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白-胆固醇(HDL-C)、载脂蛋白A_Ⅰ、A_Ⅱ、B(apoA_Ⅰ、apoA_Ⅱ、apoB)水平。结果显示TG、HDL-C水平及apoA_Ⅰ/A_Ⅱ比率均显著降低,P<0.05～P<0.01,而预测心血管疾病较可靠的指标(HDL-C/TC比率,apoA_Ⅰ/B比率)则未见有显著改变,即使apoA_Ⅰ/A_Ⅱ比率在用药第三周期有显著降低,P<0.01,停药后一周期即见恢复。从而说明,由于机体的调节功能,可使已改变的脂质水平能很快地达到平衡状态。本研究提示,短期服用18-甲对脂代谢的影响是轻微的。10 health fertile volunteers were administrated orally with postcoital pills containing750μg levonorgestrel, five pills per menstrual cycle. Triglyceride (TG), total cholesterol(TC), high density lipoprotein-cholesterol (HDL-C), apolipoproteins A_I, A_(II), B (apo A_I,apo A_(II), apoB) levels in fasting serum were measured before treatment, the first and thirdcycle on treatment, the first cycle on discontinuating treatment respectively, The presentdata show that TG, HDL-C, apo A_(II), apo B parameters were changed significantly duringtreatment. But the ratios, HDL-C/TC and apo A_I/B which would be parameters of relia-ability for diagnosing CVD were not changed significantly. Although ratio apo A_I/A_(II) de-craased significantly on the third treatment cycle but it recovered quickly after discontinua-ting treatment for one cycle. These alterations may be contributed to the function of bodyregulation. The result implies that only slight changes on lipid metabolism would be indu-ced by postcoital pills which contain only levonorgestrel.
