高强度聚焦超声经会阴入射治疗前列腺增生症的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨高强度聚焦超声(HIFU)经会阴入射治疗前列腺增生症的临床疗效。方法:应用HIFU对18例前列腺增生症患者经会阴入射治疗,治疗后3个月、6个月及12个月进行随访和超声检查,评价HIFU治疗效果。结果:治疗后超声检查前列腺体积缩小不明显(P>0.05),IPSS评分、尿流率、残余尿量等各项指标均较治疗前有统计学意义(P<0.05);但治疗后3个月、6个月及12个月的IPSS评分、残余尿量、尿流率等各项指标之间的个性指标相比无显著差异性(P>0.05)。结论:HIFU经会阴入射治疗前列腺增生症创伤小、安全、副作用小,临床症状均有不同程度的改善,疗效较稳定。Objective： To explore the clinical curative effect of high intensity focused ultrasound（HIFU） in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia （BPH） through perineum. Methods： The clinical effect of 18 cases of BPH treated by HIFU through perineum were observed and follow-up visit and ultrasonic inspection at 3 months, 6 months and 12 months after treatment were performed. Results： The volume of prostate had no significant change after treatment （P〉0.05）. Each index of IPSS score, uro-flow rate and residual urine volume was statistically different from prior treatment（P〈0.05） but each index at 3 months, 6 months and 12 months had no statistical difference（P〉0.05）. Conclusions： HIFU through perineum for BPH has the advantage of microtrauma, safe and less side effect with stable curative effect. There are different extent of improvement in clinical symptoms.
