摘  要:目的:研究长期输精管结扎对附睾、睾丸、前列腺大小的影响。方法:选择年龄大于55岁且无泌尿生殖系统病变或症状的男性住院病人共116例,其中输精管结扎术后14-41年的75例(结扎组),未做输精管结扎的41例(对照组);应用高频彩色多普勒超声检查附睾、睾丸和前列腺的大小。结果:所测器官的大小两组间对比无显著性差异(t检验:p>0.10);结扎组和对照组分别有12(16.0%)和3(7.3%)例有附睾肿胀(附睾头的前后径>1.5 cm或附睾尾的前后径>1.0 cm),分别有3(4.0%)和1(2.4%)例有睾丸萎缩(睾丸的前后径<1.0 cm或上下径<2.0 cm)。结论:输精管结扎对附睾、睾丸和前列腺的大小总的来讲无显著的远期影响。Objective:To study the long-term effect of vasectomy on the sizes of the epididymis,testis and prostate.Methods: A total of 116 hospitalized male patients,aged over 55 years and without urogenital diseases or symptoms,were included in the study: 75 cases had vasectomy for 14-41 years(vasectomized group) and 41 had no vasectomy(control group).High frequency color Doppler ultrasonographic examination was performed to measure the sizes of the epididymides,testes and prostate.Results: There were no significant differences in the sizes of the organs between the two groups(t-test:p0.10).In the vasectomized and control groups,epididymal distension(the caliper diameter from the front to the back of the epididymal head 1.5cm or that of the epididymal tail 1.0 cm) occurred in 12(16.0%) and 3(7.3%) cases,respectively,and testicular atrophy(the caliper diameter from the front to the back of the testis 1.0 cm or that from the top to the bottom of the testis 2.0 cm) occurred in 3(4.0%) and 1(2.4%) cases,respectively.Conclusion: Overall,vasectomy had no significant long-term effect on the sizes of the epididymis,testis and prostate.
