心理干预对骨科外伤患者负性情绪的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨骨科外伤患者心理干预措施,并验证其效果。方法:抽取我院2008年4月至12月收治的外伤患者42例,随机分为干预组和对照组,每组21例。干预组根据制定的干预心理模式实施心理干预;对照组采取常规心理护理,评估并比较两组患者的心理状态。结果:干预后,干预组患者焦虑分值、孤独分值、抑郁分值及愤怒分值均较对照组明显降低,差异有统计学意义,p<0.001。结论:心理干预可缓解骨科外伤患者负性情绪,帮助其保持良好的身心状态,为手术做准备。Objective：To explore the measures of psychological intervention in patients with orthopedic trauma and verify the effects.Methods：42 cases of orthopedic trauma patients were collected and divided into the intervention group and control group.Intervention developed mental models according to the implementation of psychology was applied in the intervention group and routine psychological care was applied in control group.The authors assessed and compared the psychological state of the two groups.Results：The scores of anxiety,loneliness,depression and anger were significantly lower in the intervention group than those in the control group and the difference was statistically significant（p0.001）.Conclusion：Psychological intervention can relieve the negative emotions of orthopedic trauma patients and help them maintain good mental and physical state of preparation for the surgery.
