摘 要:培矮64S是广泛应用于我国两系杂交水稻的光温敏核不育系,但稻瘟病抗性较差,高感叶瘟和穗颈瘟。本研究通过分子标记辅助选择的方法将稻瘟病抗性基因Pi-1、Pi-2从供体BL6中回交聚合到培矮64S中,并筛选得到的10株改良株系。改良株系对稻瘟病叶瘟和穗颈瘟的抗性明显增强。其中1752S-1,1752S-2,1783S和1789S花粉育性整体表现良好,在长日低温条件下的花粉不育率均达到99.5%以上,且与对照培矮64S在0.05水平没有显著差异。另外,1752S在各农艺性状的综合考察上呈现出明显优势,尤其是产量相关性状优势明显。Peiai64S is an elite two-line photo-thermo sensitive genic male sterile which is used widely in China.However,it has a weak resistance to rice blast,extremely vulnerable to leaf blast and neck blast.Two blast resistance genes Pi-1 and Pi-2 were pyramided into Peiai64S by backcrossing with the donor BL6 through marker-assisted selection,and ten improved lines were obtained,The improved lines all performed well in the test of leaf blast and neck blast under natural field condition showing increased resistance.Generally,1752S-1,1752S-2,1783S and 1789S showed pollen sterility higher than 99.5%,which is not significantly different from the pollen sterility of Peiai64S at the 0.05 level.Analysis of agronomic traits showed that the improved line 1752S was obviously advantageous,especially in yield related traits.
