摘  要:本研究利用已定位的两个SSR标记phi116和umc1044对CML270×掖478的145个F2:4家系进行玉米抗纹枯病分子标记辅助选择。结果表明,单个标记和两个标记选择对抗病家系和感病家系中选率差异不大。利用phi116和umc1044分别选择与抗病亲本CML270相同带型的家系,抗病家系中选率分别为27.3%和20.0%,选择与感病亲本掖478相同带型的家系,感病家系中选率分别为95.8%和93.3%;同时使用phi116和umc1044时,抗病家系中选率为29.5%,感病家系中选率为93.8%。利用标记phi116和umc1044对玉米纹枯病抗病材料进行早代选择是有效的,可淘汰大量感病家系,大大减轻工作量。In this research,145 F2:4 families derived from CML270×Ye478 were selected for resistant to maize sheath blight using two SSR markers phi116 and umc1044 which had been located on the 7th and 1st chromosomes,respectively.Experiment results demonstrate that it was no significant difference between using single marker and two markers to select resistant and susceptible families.CML270 was resistant to maize sheath blight,and the otherparent Ye478 was susceptible to maize sheath blight.27.3% and 20.0% families with maize sheath blight resistance were selected by phi116 and umc1044,respectively,which had the same amplified band pattern with the parent CML270.Likewise,in the families with the same amplified band pattern to the otherparent Ye478,there were 95.8% and 93.3% families which susceptible to maize sheath blight using phi116 and umc1044,respectively.When phi116 and umc1044 were used together,the qualified rate of resistant families was 29.5%,and the one of the susceptible families was 93.8%.It was effective in molecular marker-assisted selection of resistant to sheath blight in early hybrid generations of maize using two SSR markers phi116 and umc1044.A lot of susceptible families could be eliminated and the workload could be greatly reduced.
