摘 要:竹类植物杂交育种工作十分薄弱,杂种鉴定较难。本研究开展了假毛竹与毛竹的杂交育种工作,并利用ISSR分子标记分析了假毛竹与毛竹的正反交疑似杂种及其亲本的亲缘关系。结果表明:(1)父本的遗传信息已渗入子代,证实了两个疑似杂种的真实性;(2)ISSR分子标记适用于竹类植物杂种的分子鉴定;(3)两个杂种之间、杂种与父母本之间均存在丰富的遗传变异,并且两个杂种在亲缘关系上偏向于假毛竹,说明了杂交育种是竹类植物遗传改良的有效手段。Studies on bamboo crossbreeding are insufficient,and the bamboo hybrids identification is difficult.In this paper,two suspected hybrids of Phyllostachys kwangsiensis and P.edulis were got through crossbreeding,and the genetic relationships among the suspected hybrids and their parents were analyzed,the results showed:(1) The validity of two suspected hybrids was confirmed because characteristic bands of male parent were detected in the suspected hybrids;(2) ISSR markers could be used an effective molecular technique in bamboo hybrids identification;(3) Abundant genetic variation had been determined among two hybrids and theirparents and genetic relationship of two hybrids was near Phyllostachys kwangsiensis.These results showed that crossbreeding was a very effective method forbamboo breeding.
