摘 要:根据双离合器式自动变速器(Dual clutch transmissions,DCT)独特的结构形式,为了平衡两个离合器的滑磨功,延长离合器的使用寿命,提出DCT两离合器同时参与起步的控制策略。建立两离合器起步动力学模型和离合器转矩控制模型。按照油门开度的大小将DCT起步划分为爬行起步、正常起步和急起步三种模式。以30%油门开度下DCT正常起步为例,根据不同驾驶意图需求以及车辆起步过程冲击度限制,并考虑两离合器同时滑磨时容易形成功率循环问题,制定了离合器C1接合速度的模糊控制策略和离合器C2定接合速度的控制策略。在Matlab/Simulink软件平台上,建立两离合器起步控制仿真模型,进行仿真分析并与单离合器起步仿真结果进行对比。结果表明,两离合器起步控制策略充分发挥了DCT的结构优势,验证了两离合器起步控制对平衡两离合器滑磨功的有效性。Based on the special structure of dual clutch transmissions(DCT),the control strategy of launch with two clutches has been proposed to share the friction work and extend the life of both clutches.The dynamic model of launch with two clutches and the clutch control model have been built.The types of DCT launch has been divided into three types by different throttle opening,which are creep,normal and rapid startup.Take the normal startup with 30% throttle opening as example,considering the problem of power cycle when two clutches slipping at the same time,the control strategies of both clutches have been proposed respectively according to the requirement of the different driver intention and the limitation of the impact of vehicle.The speed of clutch C1 is controlled by fuzzy logic control strategy and the clutch C2 is designed by the strategy with a constant engagement speed.The simulation model of launch with two clutches has been built using the Matlab/Simulink platform,and the simulation has been carried out,which has been analyzed and compared with that of launch with single clutch.The results show that the launch strategy with two clutches can make full use of the advantage of DCT structure and the balance of friction work based on this strategy has been validated.
