摘 要:制件残余壁厚是衡量水辅助注射成型质量的重要指标。应用计算流体力学(Computational fluid dynamics,CFD)方法对非圆截面制件残余壁厚的形成进行数值模拟,并将残余壁厚的仿真结果与试验结果进行对比,发现两者符合较好,验证了仿真模型的准确性。同时,研究结果显示,非圆截面制件的截面形状对其残余壁厚有较大影响,制件残余壁厚随其截面圆率的增大而显著降低,表明水辅成型技术更适合于较大截面圆率制件的生产;系统保压压力及水流穿透长度影响着制件的残余壁厚,提高保压压力有助于降低制件的残余壁厚,而水流穿透长度的增加一方面使制件残余壁厚有增大趋势,另一方面促进了非圆截面制件残余壁厚的均匀分布。研究结果对水辅成型工艺的研究有较强的指导意义。Residual wall thickness is an important indicator to measure the quality of water-assisted injection molding(WAIM).Computational fluid dynamics(CFD) approach is used to simulate the residual wall thickness formation of non-circular cross-section parts.The simulation result is compared with the experiment result,which shows good agreement between the two,thus verifying the accuracy of the simulation model.The results also show that the cross-section geometry has great influence on residual wall thickness.The residual wall thickness decreases obviously with the increase of the cross-section circle-ratio,which indicates that the WAIM is more suitable for the production of parts with large cross-section circle-ratio.System holding-pressure and water flow penetration length affect the residual wall thickness.The increase of the holding pressure can help decrease the residual wall thickness.The increase of water flow penetration length on the one hand makes the residual wall thickness tend to increase,and on the other hand promotes uniform distribution of the residual wall thickness.The research has a strong guiding significance for the study of WAIM process.
