摘 要:研究了以溴为溴化剂,在水相中合成对甲氧基-α-溴代苯乙酮的新工艺。通过实验优化并确定的工艺条件为:n(对甲氧基苯乙酮):n(溴)=1:1.1;反应温度为50℃;反应时间为2h;收率可达94%以上,并对反应完成后的溴化氢水溶液进行蒸馏制备成浓度45%的氢溴酸,收率达80%以上。本工艺不使用任何有机溶剂,对环境无污染,用作溶剂的水可以循环使用,然后制备氢溴酸,原子利用率高,操作简单,生产成本低,适合于规模化生产。Taking bromine as the bromizating agent,p-methoxy-α-bromoacetophenone was synthesized in aqueous phase.Through the experiments,the technological conditions were optimized and determined.The optimal fermentation conditions were summed up as follows:the ratio of p-methoxyacetophenone and bromine as 1:1.1,reaction temperature of 50℃,and reaction time of 2h.The highest yield of 94% was obtained.45% hydrobromic acid was prepared by distillation after the completion of the reaction of hydrogen bromide aqueous solution.The merits of this new technology were without organic solvent,no pollution to the environment,environmental friendly,green chemical technology,atomic high utilization rate,simple operation,low production cost and suitable for large-scale production.The cost was low,and was suitable for the formalization production.
