摘　　要：介绍了平煤天宏焦化公司在工业萘加工生产过程中,采用PLC自控系统控制塔顶温度、洗油采出口温度和入塔循环油温度的方法。当塔板上的物料组份发生变化时,各点温度变化情况转化成电信号反馈给PLC自控系统,PLC再发出指令对可控系统进行调整,达到稳定产品质量和提高收率的目的。The use of automatic control system PLC control tower top temperature,and the methods of outlet temperature when washing oil and cycle temperature when oil mining into the tower in industrial production processes of Pingdingshan Tianhong Coking naphthalene were described.When the tower board material component changes,temperature changes convert into electrical signals and then reflect to the PLC automatic control system.PLC control system issued a directive on adjustment to make product quality stable and increase the yield.
