摘  要:为了分析PC箱梁张拉锚固阶段的竖向预应力损失,以2座实桥为例,进行了箱梁竖向预应力损失测试,对这2座桥梁竖向预应力损失进行有限元和解析法的求解,在此基础上与实测数据进行了对比;结合实例桥竖向预应力损失试验的现场经验,分析了造成张拉锚固阶段竖向预应力损失的多种因素及其影响程度。结果表明,锚具变形、钢筋回缩和接缝压缩引起的应力损失是张拉锚固阶段主要应力损失;预应力损失与施工质量有着密切关系,且在施工质量得到保证的条件下,实施二次张拉对控制锚固损失是非常有效的。To analyze the vertical prestress loss of PC box-girder bridge during stretching and anchoring stage,two real bridges were taken for examples to test vertical prestress loss,the finite element and analytic methods were employed to analyze the vertical prestress losses of the bridges.Then the field test data were compared with simulation results.Combined with field test experience,the factors that influence the prestress loss and influence degree during stretching and anchoring stage were analyzed.The result shows that(1) prestress losses due to anchorage deformation,retraction of tendons and joint compression are the main losses of all during stretching and anchoring stage;(2) secondary stretching can control prestress loss when construction quality is guaranteed.
