摘　　要：采用"铁水脱硫扒渣(ω(S)≤0.005%)→150t转炉→LF→矩形坯连铸(350mm×470mm)→800mm大棒线连轧机组"生产工艺生产的Φ160mm非调质曲轴用S38MnSiV钢,经检验,其化学成分和气体含量满足技术标准要求,并且纯净度高,使用了控制温度轧制工艺,晶粒细化,改善了钢材的强韧性和加工性能,满足客户要求。The φ160mm non-quenched-tempered S38MnSiV steel was developed by molten iron desulfurization（ ω （S）≤0.005%）→ 150t BOF→LF→CC of rectangular section （350mm×470mm）→800mm bar and wire continuous mill in BX STEEL. The results in finished products showed that the chemical composition and gas analysis of the steel fulfill the technical conditions. Controlled rolling temperature is adopted to get high purity and refinement of the grain in the steel improved the strength and-toughness, and the process ability of the steel, meeting the requirements of customer.
